Personal Lines Services Rep

What You Will Do Support the service needs of clients and agency management. Encourage cross‑sell and support new business sales efforts. Ensure completion of requested account and policy updates and changes. Answer sales calls, provide quotes, and issue policy changes according to business needs. Review and process renewals, recommending coverage enhancements as applicable. Inform clients of policy changes, exclusions of coverage, and insurance coverage needs. Handle daily/monthly reporting requirements related to agency management system and agency operational requirements. Analyze reports and reconcile discrepancies. Assist in auditing work product to ensure policies and procedures are compliant. Complete any other job related duties to help drive vision, purpose, and organization values. What We Require Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and/or experience. Minimum of four (4) years of personal lines insurance experience, or equivalent in a related field. Experience using Vertafore AMS 360 agency management system. Full knowledge of personal lines insurance products and usages. Able to maintain confidentiality and perform within time constraints. Able to work in a flexible and high‑volume environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to perform a large number of steps in a complex system with accuracy and speed. Able to assist new business sales and retain existing business.
