About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Treasury to take on a pivotal role in leading its global treasury operations. The successful candidate will be a key strategic partner to the CFO, with a focus on liquidity management, capital structure, banking relationships, debt management, and financial risk oversight. This executive will be responsible for driving the company's treasury strategy in alignment with its growth objectives, managing global liquidity and cash forecasting, and overseeing debt and lender relationships. Additionally, the role involves supporting executive leadership on capital allocation, financing strategies, and long-range financial planning, as well as leading treasury transformation initiatives and process improvements. Applicants for the VP of Treasury position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A CTP certification is required, and a CPA is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years' experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or capital markets, with a proven track record of leading treasury functions within large manufacturing, industrial, consumer products, or private equity-backed companies. Strong expertise in debt management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and capital structure management is essential. The role demands a leader who can drive treasury process improvements, technology enhancements, and governance initiatives, and who is adept at managing financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and insurance risk programs.
