What Youll Do

• Translate R&D protocols into reliable automated workflows.
• Program robotic liquid handlers using AI-assisted coding and existing frameworks.
• Validate manual and automated experiments to ensure consistent results.
• Troubleshoot liquid-handling challenges and optimize robotic performance.
• Design and 3D-print custom adapters and tools for laboratory automation.

What Were Looking For

• 13 years of Research Associate experience ; academic lab experience is welcome.
• A BS in Biology Biochemistry Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on wet-lab experience and an interest in software robotics and automation.
• Familiarity with Python AI-assisted coding or laboratory automation is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in bridging science and engineering.
