Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 
Job Summary

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare staffing team on a per diem/PRN basis. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to select shifts that work best for your availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients/residents according to their individual care plans.

• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and changes in health status.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the scope of practice.

• Assist with activities of daily living and provide compassionate patient care.

• Communicate patient updates and concerns to the RN, physician, and healthcare team.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards.

• Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and privacy at all times.

• Work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.

• Current BLS/CPR certification .

• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, hospital, or healthcare experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a healthcare team.

• Must meet all facility and MSP onboarding requirements.

• Ability to pass required background and employment checks.
