Warehouse Merchandiser

Northern Sales Company, a trusted name in distribution for over 60 years, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Merchandiser to join our team in Ketchikan, AK. As a Warehouse Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are accurately received, organized, and attractively displayed at customer locations. Responsibilities

• Assist with checking in products at customer locations to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Merchandise store shelves, coolers, and displays, including rotating stock and removing unsalable products.
• Maintain backroom areas, coolers, and shelves in a neat and orderly condition.
• Support warehouse operations with product check-in and location stocking as needed.
• Accurately pull orders for customer delivery, ensuring timely and correct fulfillment.
• Adapt to varying shift schedules based on company and customer needs, including weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse and merchandising operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse and merchandising roles preferred, but a willingness to learn is welcome.
• Familiarity with warehouse and merchandising processes is a plus.
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated reliability, sound judgment, and consistent performance.
• Ability to adjust focus and adapt to meet daily deadlines.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Compensation

Starting at $18.00 per hour
