Second shift runs from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday‑Friday. Position Responsibilities Operating necessary equipment to complete work assignments Ensuring all materials being used are accurate and in compliance with customer specifications and quality control programs Reading cut lists, setting up saws and other shop operations Receiving and documenting all materials Required Skills Experience in blueprint reading, identification of structural shapes and equipment operation Knowledge of shop equipment such as brake, shear, Hilo, overheard crane, etc. Required Experience 1‑2 years of experience steel fabrication or CNC machine operation High School Diploma or Equivalent Additional Requirements Candidates must be willing to join Local Union 851 if hired.
