Showroom Sales Specialist

Compensation: $20.00-$25.00/hour BOE + Incentive & Performance-Based Bonuses Employment Type: Direct Hire Job Summary: Our Client in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Showroom Sales Associate. This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering $20.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience, plus incentive and performance-based bonuses paid throughout the year. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in cash-and-carry customers on the showroom floor. Help customers select merchandise, answer product and pricing questions, and recommend additional items. Process same-day sales transactions accurately. Keep the showroom organized, stocked, and presentable. Build and maintain relationships with repeat local customers. Generate new business by contacting local businesses and inviting them to shop. Provide excellent customer service in a warehouse/showroom environment. Requirements: Previous retail, counter sales, or customer-facing experience required. Comfortable working on your feet in a warehouse/showroom environment. Basic computer and mobile device skills required. Experience using handheld barcode scanners preferred. Ability to learn new software systems quickly; Odoo experience preferred. Basic math and point-of-sale skills. Friendly, reliable, and able to build rapport quickly with customers.
