Job Description
- Establish the holding company level risk governance according to CFTC/NFA and FINRA Regulations
- Monitor compliance under the Volcker Rule
- Conduct reviews and analysis of the firms Risk Tolerance, Appetite and Limits Framework
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of experience working in risk governance, tolerance, appetite or limits team within an investment bank or broker-dealer
- Strong knowledge of derivatives, particularly with FX and interest rate products
- Knowledge of Dodd-Frank, the Volcker Rule and Swap Dealer regulatory requirements
- Professional experience working with VBA
