Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through networking, referrals, community outreach, and marketing initiatives
- Conduct thorough needs-based consultations to identify appropriate insurance solutions
- Educate clients on coverage options and help them make informed decisions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Assist clients with applications, policy reviews, and ongoing account management

- Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously improve performance and achieve goals
- Stay current on industry products, regulations, and best practices
Qualifications
- Active state Insurance License (Life, Health, or Property & Casualty)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn from proven leaders
- Sales, customer service, financial services, or insurance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
