Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral surgery and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery. Collaborate with referring dentists and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Provide patient consultations, explaining surgical procedures and treatment options clearly and compassionately. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and practice standards. Participate in internal marketing initiatives to strengthen referral relationships and enhance practice growth. Stay updated on the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuing education and professional development. Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program. Board certification or eligibility preferred. Licensed or eligible for licensure in Kentucky.
