Job Description

Job Summary:
The Radiographer X-ray Tech is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures in a hospital setting, primarily involving fluoroscopy and related radiologic services. This role requires timely, accurate imaging to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced fluoroscopy and radiographic procedures, ensuring high-quality images.
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment, including Philips, Siemens, GE, and Canon systems.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
• Follow all unit-specific policies, guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Document procedures accurately within the Allscripts system.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care and imaging workflow.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NH radiologic technologist license and ARRT certification.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in OR and fluoroscopy procedures.
• Proficient in operating multiple imaging modalities and equipment.
• Demonstrate BLS certification and professional competency.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and respond to call-ins as required.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
