Experience Level: Approx. 3-5 years in IT Project Management What You’ll Do As a Junior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering IT initiatives that drive business value. From gathering requirements to coordinating across technical teams and vendors, you'll be hands-on throughout the project lifecycle. Manage small to mid-size IT projects with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements. Document processes and support process improvement initiatives. Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets using PM tools. Facilitate meetings, status updates, and communication across departments. Coordinate with third-party vendors or contractors as needed. What You Bring 3–5 years of experience managing IT projects in corporate or cross-functional settings. Experience with business analysis , including requirements gathering and process documentation. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you're just as comfortable talking to engineers as you are to executives. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office , SharePoint , and SmartSheets . Experience working with third-party vendors or contractors . Ready to make an impact?
