- Experience With ServiceNow Development, Including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Ui Policies, Ui Actions, Script Includes, And ACLS.
- Expert Knowledge and Expertise of Integration Techniques Such as Rest, Soap, And JDBC.
- Experience With Integration Tools Like Mid Server and Integration Hub.
- Ability To Design and Implement Complex Integrations with Other Systems.
- Understanding Of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) And CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
- Experience With ITOM (It Operations Management) Modules Like Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, And Orchestration.
- Experience In Building Custom Applications Using ServiceNow S Application Platform.
- Proficiency In Html, CSS, And AngularJS for Service Portal and Ui Customization.
- Knowledge Of Performance Tuning, Optimization, And Best Practices for Scalable Solutions.
- Ability To Align ServiceNow Solutions with Business Goals and It Strategy.
- Experience In Creating Roadmaps, Governance Frameworks, And Best Practices
