Operator II Night shift 12 hours

Job Summary Advance operator that can be assigned to and work center in the facility and successfully operate the equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform the duties of the Operator position which include but not limited to: Visually monitor the molding process to ensure proper procedure, pack parts from injection molding and assembly machines and inspect general product quality and packaging to ensure they meet specifications. Ability to change and stock materials at the machine (bags, daily supplies, etc.) Work in concert with the Operator III ensuring safe and efficient production. Read, comprehend, and maintain the operating policies and procedures of the company as well as the requirements specified by FDA, OSHA, and other governmental agencies. Read and comprehend instructions and written procedures. Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives. Other responsibilities may be assigned from time as needed, based on the evolution of the company and the requirements of the department/position. Foster teamwork within the company: Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments. Complete all required training as assigned. Conduct all job functions in a safe manner. Job Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role in a similar industry/environment. Ability to spend long hours walking and standing. Must have familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices as well as current Work Instruction and Product Specifications. Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to work well with others at all levels. Experience in the use of scale, tape gun, and pallet jack. Communicate verbally and in writing with a good command of the English language. Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), SAP and e‑mail skills preferred. The hourly pay range for this role is $17.12 - $30.82.
