Logistics Client Support Representative

We are looking for a sharp, proactive Logistics Client Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the vital communication link between our valued customers, internal dispatchers, and rail or pier carriers.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

· Perform prompt and complete data entry

· Enter accurate customer orders in computer system

· Monitor on-time performance for driver delivery and pick-up

· Prepare tracking reports

· Develop knowledge base of all customers

· Develop relationships of all customers

· Understand and abide by various customer requirements

· Resolve customer problems promptly and efficiently

· Understand the operations and rules of the various rail carriers and piers

· Communicate with Dispatchers to avoid any problems with loads or transports and resolve any issues that may occur

· Cooperate with Revenue Team to retain and/or develop business

· Trace and monitor existing loads in the system to prevent problems from occurring

· Other duties as assigned
