Do you see yourself in a culture where you are valued, challenged, and respected?What You’ll Do:Leverage AI and LLM-powered tools to improve developer productivity, experimentation, and front-end user experiences.Design and develop dynamic, responsive, and interactive web applicationsTranslate requirements, wireframes, and conceptual designs into high quality, visually appealing, and intuitive user interfaces and user experiencesTake ownership of front-end components and drive continual expansion, reuse, and improvement across the boardIntegrate with back-end infrastructure, mostly cloud-basedAnalyze and solve problems across all levels of the stackProduce clean, secure, testable, maintainable, reusable, well-documented code, and participate in and drive regular code reviewsUnit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliabilityWhat We Need:BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject or equivalent demonstrated experience4+ years of experience with web application developmentUnderstanding of design principles and user interface guidelinesMastery of modern web development (Javascript, HTML5, CSS3)Stay up to date with modern industry tools and emerging technologies, including AI-driven frameworks and workflows, and help evaluate how they can be applied effectively.Demonstrated success building dynamic, responsive applications using Angular, RxJS, NodeDemonstrated success developing and consuming APIs and microservices to facilitate data access, business logic, and workflow (RESTful services, JSON, GraphQL)Experience with SQL Server, MySQLUnstoppable Qualities:You are passionate about codingYou care equally about what should be done and how it should be doneYou know how to start and finishYou are able to deliver on timeYou are awesome with peopleYou make things as simple as possible but not simplerYou never stop improvingNote on Fraudulent RecruitingWe have become aware that there may be fraudulent recruiting attempts being made by people posing as representatives of ERGO NEXT Insurance. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salaries for the position in the location(s) listed. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
