Corporate ControllerA well-established consumer products manufacturing company is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead financial operations and drive strategic insights. Immediate need due to ongoing expansion and digital modernization. Position is based in Mooresville, NC. The role aims to enhance cost control, reporting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making. This is an on-site role within a collaborative and fast-paced manufacturing setting. Salary is competitive with bonus potential and long-term advancement opportunities.Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive Corporate Controller to oversee the full spectrum of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing experience, SAP expertise, and a strategic mindset supported by modern analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Key Responsibilities:Lead monthly close and prepare accurate financial statementsManage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysisOversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and internal controlsEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policiesSupervise and mentor accounting team membersCoordinate annual audits and interface with external auditorsPartner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and leadership to improve financial performanceUtilize SAP ERP and Power BI or Tableau for real-time reporting and insightsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)7+ years of accounting experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing environmentsStrong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial planningHands-on experience with SAP ERPFamiliarity with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reportingExcellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
