Director of Traffic & ITS Operations
Oklahoma Municipal League
City of Lubbock seeks a licensed PE to lead Traffic Management, overseeing traffic engineering, operations, and fiber ITS infrastructure. You will manage budgets, capital plans, and policy development while supervising multidisciplinary teams.
Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in traffic management with supervisory experience, a TX PE license (or ability to obtain within a year), and a Bachelor’s in Engineering. Master’s and PTOE are preferred.
