\nVisa: H4 EAD / USC / GC only
\nIndustry: Financial Services / Banking
\n \nWe are looking for a 10+ Years of Senior Java Architect with strong hands-on development and enterprise architecture experience to design, develop, and enhance scalable enterprise applications in the credit card/banking domain .
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
\n• Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, business logic, and integrations.
\n• Work with MongoDB for data modeling, persistence, querying, and performance optimization.
\n• Implement and maintain business process workflows using Flowable BPM.
\n• Analyze complex Java codebases and understand solution- and enterprise-level architecture.
\n• Participate in architecture/design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
\n• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
\n• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, BAs, and business stakeholders.
\n \nMust-Have Skills:
\n10+ years of Java development/architecture experience
\nStrong Java & Spring Boot expertise
\nREST APIs & enterprise application development
\nCredit Card / Banking domain experience – Mandatory
\nMongoDB
\nFlowable BPM / enterprise BPM experience
\nStrong understanding of complex Java codebases and enterprise architecture
\n \nNice to Have:
\n• Solution/Enterprise Architecture experience
\n• Large-scale Java application modernization
\n• Experience with Flowable or similar BPM platforms
