This is a hands-on, entry-level production/general labor role in a growing wide format print shop. You support every part of the floor: finishing printed work, assisting the printer and cutter operators, helping shipping get orders packed and out the door, unloading deliveries, and keeping the facility clean and organized.

No print experience required. We will teach you the work. What we need is someone who shows up on time, stays busy, and takes care of the product. Do that and you will get cross-trained toward running equipment to become a Production Operator or joining the shipping and fulfillment team.

What You'll Do

•      Trim, sort, and stack completed work by job

•      Assist printer operators: load material, offload prints, keep supplies stocked

•      Assist cutter operators: offload cut sheets, break out parts, sort and stage

•      Grommet, hem, and weed finished graphics

•      Help shipping pack, label, and stage outbound orders

•      Load and unload deliveries using pallet lifts and pallet jacks.

•      Move rolls, sheets, and finished goods to where production needs them

•      Keep workstations, aisles, and equipment areas clean and clear

•      Break down and haul out scrap, trash, and packaging

•      Handle finished graphics carefully so jobs do not get scratched, creased, or reprinted

•      Follow job tickets and speak up when something does not look right

•      Help wherever needed when the team is stretched thin

Experience Required

•      No print experience required. We train you on the job.

•      Reliable attendance. You show up on time, every day.

•      Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and stay on your feet for a full shift

•      Comfortable with a tape measure and basic hand tools

•      Follows directions and asks questions instead of guessing

•      Able to move between tasks and stay productive without being chased down

Preferred:

•      Sign shop, print shop, warehouse, or manufacturing experience

•      Any hands-on finishing experience (grommeting, hemming, weeding, mounting, laminating)

•      Forklift or pallet jack experience

•      Basic computer skills
