Infant Room Teacher

About the Role:

The Goddard School of Littleton, CO is looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant Room Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood education team. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact during the most formative stage of a child's development in a warm, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care and supervision for infants in a safe and stimulating classroom environment
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• Maintain accurate daily logs including feeding schedules, diaper changes, nap times, and developmental milestones
• Communicate openly and consistently with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily progress
• Ensure the infant room meets all health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive, nurturing learning community
• Follow Goddard School curriculum frameworks and early childhood best practices

Requirements:

• Experience working with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare or early education setting preferred
• Meets Colorado state childcare licensing requirements for education and training, PDIS Level II prefered.
• Understanding of infant developmental milestones and age-appropriate practices
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine love for working with young children
• Ability to pass a required background check

Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
