Licensed Vocational Nurse - Clinic

In this role you will provide high-quality nursing care to assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional while supporting safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. What You’ll Do Document patient observations, responses, and provider orders accurately in the medical record Safely assist patients to and from the waiting area Prepare patients for exams and procedures by obtaining vital signs and health information Assist with surgical procedures in clinic and hospital settings Administer medications per protocol and provider orders; document appropriately Collect specimens and perform CLIA‑waived blood and urine testing Process prescription refills and communicate effectively with patients, families, and providers Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and appropriate supply inventory Manage formulary and sample inventories, including monthly reviews and disposal of expired samples Follow infection control standards, maintain required licensure & continuing education Maintain patient confidentiality and follow organizational policy Perform additional duties as assigned What We Are Looking For Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license and CPR certification Strong verbal and written communication skills LVN training required; previous clinical experience preferred Ability to walk, sit, stand, and lift up to 40 pounds as needed What You Can Expect Paid Time Off & Holidays Health & Supplemental Insurance Direct Deposit & Education Reimbursement Fitness Center Membership Retirement Plan If you are a compassionate LVN seeking an opportunity to make a difference in patient care, we encourage you to apply and become part of an exceptional clinic team. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Staff Pad
