The Little Gym of Naples is looking for an Assistant Director to help grow our business, lead our team, and create an exceptional experience for every child and family who walks through our doors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys making decisions, and isnt afraid to hold a team accountableall while jumping in to teach classes and create a fun, engaging atmosphere.

What Youll Do

Drive Growth & Performance

• Support enrollment, retention, and revenue goals
• Track and analyze class performance, attendance, and capacity
• Identify opportunities to grow classes, camps, and events

Lead with Accountability

• Provide clear, direct feedback to staff
• Hold team members to high standards of performance
• Ensure consistency in class quality and customer experience

Make Confident Decisions

• Take ownership of day-to-day operations
• Step in and lead during challenges or busy times
• Balance whats best for the team with whats best for the business

Bring EnergyOn and Off the Floor

• Lead and teach classes with enthusiasm, positivity, and confidence
• Create a fun, engaging environment where kids feel supported and excited to learn
• Be a role model for instructors in both coaching and customer experience

Bring Energy & New Ideas

• Help plan and execute events, camps, and themed programs
• Keep the team motivated and the environment fun and engaging
• Continuously look for ways to improve and innovate

Stay Flexible & Hands-On

• Adapt quickly to changing schedules and needs
• Jump into classes, front desk, or operations as needed
• Help keep the gym running smoothly at all times

About The Little Gym of Naples

The Little Gym is a curriculum-based, non-competitive gymnastics program for children ages 4 months to 12 years. We focus on building confidence, developing skills, and creating a fun, supportive environment where kids can grow physically, socially, and emotionally.
