Manager, Enterprise Data and Analytics

Merit Medical

Merit Medical seeks a Manager of Enterprise Data and Analytics to lead the Business Intelligence Systems team and oversee implementation and governance of BI, analytics, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies globally. The role combines team leadership with technical direction for enterprise data solutions and AI adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Business Intelligence Systems team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
Oversee design and implementation of BI dashboards, data integration, and analytics platforms
Establish governance standards, development practices, and analytics lifecycle processes globally
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions
Provide direction on AI technology evaluation and adoption within analytics and business processes

Requirements

Leadership experience managing technical teams and personnel management
Expertise with Business Intelligence tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI
Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge for complex enterprise datasets
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Demonstrated ability to establish governance, standards, and lifecycle management processes
Project management and stakeholder collaboration skills across business and IT
