Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, Director, Physicians, and staff to plan, coordinate, and optimize patient care. Ensure cost-effective, professional care that yields positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction while maintaining patient safety. Assess patient experience on the unit and implement quality improvements to enhance care delivery. Exercise independent judgment in daily operations to support safe, efficient, and high-quality care delivery.
