Job Description

Job Summary

Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an on-site day program setting, helping with daily activities, engagement, and community-based support.

Responsibilities

Assist individuals with daily living and personal care needs
Support community integration and social activities
Encourage independence and skill development
Maintain a safe and clean environment
Complete documentation and daily notes accurately
Transport clients as needed
Build positive relationships with clients, families, and staff

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required
