This position is hybrid (3 days in-office) and based in Midtown Manhattan . Job Details Collaborate across teams to advance firm-wide equity functions Provide full oversight and management of the DEI Advisory Council Lead Professional Development functions for Partners and Associates, including coaching and training design Work together with Business Development team on coaching, sponsorship, and training Manage teams delivering Council initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to program plans Oversee Council budget and expenditures Develop and maintain trusting relationships across the firm and with internal and external stakeholders, in particular: women, non-binary, LGBTQ+ attorneys and attorneys of color Salary Salary Range: $110-150k annually, based on experience Benefits Excellent benefits package includes medical, dental, vision coverage and generous PTO!
