Step into a Quality Assurance Inspector role in Valencia where precision matters and pride runs deep. You'll spot the flaws, fix the flow, and make sure every product leaves the line ready to roll. What You Bring to the Line Education: High school diploma or GE. Experience: 3+ years of quality assurance experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food manufacturing or a related regulated industry. Detail Drive: You've got an eye that doesn't miss a thing. What You’ll Do Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Conduct product testing using standard quality control equipment, methods, and procedures. Accurately document inspection results, test data, deviations, and non-conformance findings. Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, safety, and quality assurance requirements. Maintain detailed quality records, batch documentation, and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs). Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying quality issues and recommending corrective actions. Participate in root cause analysis and CAPA activities to resolve product and process concerns. Collaborate with production, operations, and cross-functional teams to improve product quality and operational efficiency. Train and support production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Assist with internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections by providing documentation and quality support.
