Recovery Co-Worker (CFF) (US)

Job Responsibilities:
- Continuously respond to identified damages in ways that create advantages, minimize costs, and sustain product quality.
- Support operational efforts by verifying detected product damages.
- Safely operate machinery and tools associated with product recovery processes.
- Ensure safe and productive flow of goods in the assigned recovery areas.
- Complete all recovery actions in accordance with Standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Contribute to an environment where culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers. Previous material handling equipment experience preferred.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Skilled with hand tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for length of shift.
- Ability to lift to 50lbs.
