About the Role

Pressed Cafe is seeking Baristas to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will craft high-quality espresso drinks, smoothies, and fresh juices while providing fast, friendly service in a high-energy environment.

Our baristas are an essential part of the guest experience, combining speed, accuracy, and hospitality to ensure every guest receives exceptional drinks and service. Success in this role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for great coffee and customer service.

Hourly rate starts at $16 + tips!

What You’ll Do

• Prepare espresso beverages, smoothies, juices, and other specialty drinks according to Pressed Cafe recipes and quality standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient service while interacting with guests and taking orders when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
• Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies throughout shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver fast, high-quality food and beverages.
• Learn and support multiple front-of-house stations, including the counter and drive-thru.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by restaurant management.
