The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a progressive care unit setting. Shift Details Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Call Requirements: Yes Assignment Length This is a 13-week assignment. Documentation and Policies Documentation System: Meditech Floating Policy: As needed Qualifications Must Have: 2 years of hospital experience 2 years of specialty experience BLS certification ACLS certification NIH Stroke Scale certification Preferred Skills: Experience with Meditech documentation system PCU/Stepdown experience Licensure Active RN license is required (temporary licenses will not be accepted). Dress Code Scrubs: Royal Blue Nail Policy: Clean and healthy, no artificial nails, gel, or next-gen nails. Hair: Neat and clean; no extreme styles or colors. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer. Tattoos: Should be covered whenever possible. Non-feasible tattoos will be addressed individually. Piercings: Visible piercings other than ear piercings are prohibited. Unit Guidelines and Policies Floating Guidelines: To be followed as per unit policies.
