Join Our Team as a Housekeeping AssociateBridgewater, a Legacy Retirement Community, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere for residents and visitors. If you enjoy staying active, working with purpose, and contributing to a positive community environment, we'd love to hear from you.ScheduleTuesday through Saturday8:00 AM to 5:00 PMFull- TimeCompensation$19-$20 per hour, depending on experienceWhat You'll DoIn this role, you'll help ensure our community remains clean, safe, and welcoming. Responsibilities include:Caring for resident apartments and shared community spacesCompleting routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting surfacesMonitoring cleanliness standards throughout the buildingIdentifying and communicating maintenance or safety concernsFollowing established sanitation and infection-prevention proceduresMaintaining cleaning equipment and replenishing supplies as neededInteracting professionally and courteously with residents, visitors, and fellow team membersWhat We're Looking ForPrior experience in housekeeping, custodial services, or commercial cleaning is helpfulExperience in healthcare, hospitality, or senior living environments is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environmentAbility to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform physical cleaning dutiesWhy Join Bridgewater?At Bridgewater, you'll be part of a community that values teamwork, compassion, and excellence.
