We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roofer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance, ensuring the safety and durability of our clients' structures. The ideal candidate will have experience working with metal, cedar, synthetic, asphalt and EDM roofing materials. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems including shingles, metal, flat roofs, and more Inspect roofs to assess damage and determine necessary repairs or replacements Measure and cut roofing materials accurately to ensure proper fit and finish Follow safety protocols and use appropriate safety equipment at all times Collaborate with project managers and other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations Join our team and be part of a company that values craftsmanship, safety, and professional growth. Requirements Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role Knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work in various weather conditions Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
