Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid, state-issued SLP license
• Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting
• Ability to collaborate well with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to students with speech and language disorders
• Work closely with special education teams to develop and implement IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers and families to identify strategies for classroom support
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
• Participate in ongoing professional development and in-services as required
