Lead the site’s operations, facilities, maintenance, EH&S, CI, and production engineering functions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and cross‑functional execution. Key Responsibilities Provide hands‑on coaching and guidance to functional leaders on major projects, recoveries, and tactical activities aligned with strategic plans. Drive implementation of the CORE Operating System and focus on strategic business needs (capacity, headcount, cost per hour, variance, AOP alignment, inventory, OTD). Balance strategic objectives with tactical execution across all functions. Lead organizational structure, hiring, performance and talent management, productivity, earned value management and site cost oversight. Manage standardization initiatives across the site. Support business travel up to 10%. Qualifications **Required** University degree (Bachelor’s in Management, Engineering or similar) with a minimum of 10years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 12years of experience. 10+years in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace. 10+years in operations‑related leadership/management roles. **Preferred** Master’s degree (MBA or Finance preferred). Engineering or technical background with knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, chemical, textile, special processing, assembly). Experience in Carbon‑Carbon operations. Experience with advanced production methodologies (Lean, ACE, TPS, DBS) and Industry4.0 implementation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP. Benefits Relocation support may be offered.
