Behavior Technician (BT) – Paid Training + Growth Opportunities. Salary: $21.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Afternoon Shift | Monday–Friday (Flexible Hours). Use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills. Follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA. Track progress and document session notes. Communicate with supervisors and scheduling team. New to ABA? No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed. You’ll learn evidence-based strategies that make a real difference in children’s development. What We’re Looking For: Patient, reliable, and compassionate individuals. Enjoy working with children and being active/engaging. Strong communication and time management skills. Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius. (ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required!) Spanish-speaking! Schedule Requirements: Afternoon availability (after school hours).
