Phlebotomist Part Time

Labcorp

Labcorp seeks a part-time phlebotomist for a Patient Service Center or Client office in Charlotte, NC. The role involves performing blood collections, processing specimens, providing customer service, and handling administrative tasks. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-1:30pm with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
Enter patient information accurately and maintain specimen logs
Process billing information and collect patient payments
Prepare specimens for testing and provide superior customer service

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
Minimum three months phlebotomy experience or equivalent certification
Proven exceptional customer service track record
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pass standardized color blindness test
Reliable transportation and ability to work overtime
