Hire Dynamics is seeking an experienced Recruiter in Troutman, NC to join our growing team!

Pay: $20+ (Pay will depend on experience)
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of client positions
- Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and onboarding activities

Job Requirements:
- 1 year in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffing
- A strong computer knowledge, and ability to learn new systems
- A passion for talking with people and ability to work well under stressful situations
- A strong customer service focus
- Ability to manage your time and stay organized
