Contract SpecialistOur client is seeking a Contract Specialist to support the administration, processing, and management of contracts, agreements, and business partner onboarding activities. This role will serve as a critical link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring contractual documentation is complete, accurate, and processed efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys managing complex workflows while delivering exceptional service.What You'll DoReview, process, and maintain contracts, agreements, and related documentation for accuracy and completenessCoordinate the onboarding and setup of new business partners, customers, and vendor relationshipsAct as a primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholdersTrack agreement statuses and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements and approvalsMaintain accurate records within CRM, contract management, and document management systemsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and implementation of contractual agreementsWork directly with external partners to obtain required documentation and resolve outstanding itemsMonitor contract compliance requirements and ensure documentation remains currentProcess updates, amendments, renewals, and changes associated with existing agreementsMaintain electronic files and ensure proper recordkeeping practicesResearch and resolve contract-related issues through effective problem-solving and collaborationSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experienceAssist with training, workflow coordination, and special projects as neededContribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding, contracting, and operational proceduresQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experiencePrevious experience in contract administration, contract management, onboarding, operations, compliance, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExcellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with CRM platforms, contract management systems, or document management softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partnersSelf-motivated with a proactive and customer-focused mindsetCollaborative team player committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence
