Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Clinic Based Sprout Behavior and Skills Therapy | Edmond, OK Join Our Growing Team! Sprout Behavior and Skills Therapy is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinic team! If you are passionate about helping children reach their full potential in a supportive, collaborative environment, we would love to meet you. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans while helping clients develop communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our clinic setting. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA. Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and positive reinforcement to build meaningful skills. Collect accurate data during therapy sessions and communicate client progress with the BCBA. Assist with behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs. Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow RBTs to provide high-quality, consistent care. Maintain professional documentation and follow ethical and clinical standards. Schedule Options Part-Time Up to 20 hours per week Full-Time 30+ hours per week Full-time employees may begin part-time while building a caseload. Experience working with children preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day, including playing on the floor, lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary, and responding quickly to client needs.
