Urologist Position – Potential Earnings Over $625K | $50K Signing Bonus | Established Demand | Louisiana

Start Date: ASAP
Salary Range: $450,000 - $625,000

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to become part of a thriving, high-demand program located in southern Louisiana.

Compensation

• Overall earning potential exceeding $625K
• $50K signing bonus
• $80K loan repayment assistance
• $60 per wRVU plus quality incentives
• 4 weeks of paid time off along with a CME allowance

Practice Overview

• Collaborate with 3 experienced urologists
• High-demand practice with wait times ranging from 1 to 2.5 months
• Each provider averages around 800 wRVUs per month
• Combination of clinic visits, procedures, and surgical operations

Schedule

• 4-day clinic schedule (Monday to Thursday)
• Fridays dedicated to procedures and light clinic duties
• Shared on-call responsibilities (Q5 transitioning to Q6) with time off after call
