Position Summary

We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team! This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial settings. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and passionate about delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

-Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and more

-Perform preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely

-Educate and communicate with customers about system issues, options, and recommendations

-Complete service calls efficiently and professionally, following Aire Serv standards

-Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and inventory of tools and parts

-Adhere to all safety procedures and local HVAC codes

-Accurately document work performed using a tablet or mobile device

Qualifications

-2+ years of experience in HVAC service preferred (apprentices or trade school grads welcome to apply!)

-EPA Certification required (Type I & II or Universal)

-Valid driver's license and clean driving record

-Excellent communication and customer service skills

-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

-Professional appearance and demeanor

-Willingness to work in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor weather conditions

Pay

-You can earn anywhere form $20/hour to $55/hour depending and knowledge and skills.
