Drywall Installer/FinisherWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented drywall installer/finisher to handle a variety of residential and light commercial projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible hours, working independently, and taking pride in high-quality finished work.Key Responsibilities:Hang, tape, mud, and finish drywall to a professional standardPatch and repair drywall (holes, water damage, texture matching)Match existing textures (orange peel, knockdown, smooth finish, etc.)Prepare surfaces for finishing, including sanding and smoothingInstall corner bead and ensure clean, straight edgesProtect surrounding areas using plastic, drop cloths, and maskingMaintain a clean and organized job siteCommunicate clearly with customers and team membersEnsure jobs are completed on schedule and to company standardsQualifications:Proven experience in drywall installation and finishingAbility to match textures and deliver paint-ready finishesStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyReliable transportation capable of hauling tools and materialsValid driver's license, current auto insurance, and clean driving recordExcellent customer service and communication skillsMust pass a background checkPhysical Demands:Occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force to lift, carry, pull, or move materialsAbility to hang and finish drywall overhead and on laddersClimbing stairs and ladders using proper safety measuresBending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periodsFollow worksite safety and cleanliness protocolsWork Environment:Indoor and outdoor job sites depending on projectExposure to dust, cold or hot weather, and humid conditionsModerate noise from tools and equipmentCompensation: $30.00 per hourThe 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service.
