We're California's premier plaintiff-side employment law firm, and we're looking for an Intake Specialist who brings equal parts heart and precision. What You'll Do Be the first voice potential clients hear — conduct evaluations daily with empathy, professionalism, and sharp case instincts Research claims, spot patterns, and draft concise internal memos that help attorneys move fast and decide smart Keep the firm's CRM, documents, and calendars immaculate — the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible Collaborate across teams and step in where needed, including supporting new-hire training The above duties are representative but not exhaustive What Makes You the One You lead with warmth but think like an analyst.
