Pediatrics Physician

Opportunity Highlights Schedule: Night shift 5 pm to 6:30 am, 7-10 minimum shifts per month Job Setting: Pediatric Cardiac ICU - dual role outpatient and/or inpatient Types of Cases: Post operative patients including neonatal surgeries as well as VAD and potentially heart transplant patients. In house cardiac ICU physician coverage overnight. Credentialing: Facility credentialing managed by client. Must obtain required licensure from the State of Oklahoma within 30 days after offer of employment. Must have prescriptive authority within 6 months of hire. Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: Certifications: CPR certification and Advanced Life Support certifications if relevant to practice area (ACLS, PALS) - obtain within 90 days of employment. Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association. Some positions may require certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC and/or the AANP or PNCB, OR Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Certification through the NCC. Licensure: Active RN and APRN license in State of Oklahoma. Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
