Facilities Custodian & Operations Specialist
CARES
CARES in New York City is seeking a dedicated Custodian to ensure the facility remains clean and orderly while maintaining safety for staff and visitors. Responsibilities include daily maintenance of the reception area and restrooms as well as performing building repairs and event management. A high school diploma or GED and prior experience in custodial work is preferred. This position involves physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and requires excellent communication skills.
