What You’ll Do Own and maintain calibration programs and procedures to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards Identify, document, and track defects, nonconformities, and quality events, ensuring clear visibility and resolution Analyze quality metrics and data trends to uncover root causes and drive meaningful process improvements Conduct internal audits and support supplier audits to verify adherence to quality requirements Partner with Manufacturing Technology, Production, and cross functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate and compliant quality documentation, including procedures, standards, and policies Investigate and respond to customer quality complaints, supporting corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities Deliver training and guidance on quality processes, tools, and updated standards Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials and services meet quality expectations Stay current on industry standards, regulations, and best practices to continuously strengthen the QMS What You Bring Education: Associate degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field Experience: 2–5 years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment Certifications: Lean and Six Sigma tools (certified or actively pursuing preferred) Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Experience with root cause analysis and data driven decision making High attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions Why This Role Matters As a Quality Systems Specialist, your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the long-term reputation of Qnity and the Kalrez® brand.
