Travel Physical Therapist

HumanEdge Health is seeking experienced Travel Physical Therapists for assignments throughout Connecticut. Opportunities are available across a variety of settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home care, providing therapists the chance to broaden their experience while delivering high-quality rehabilitative care. Schedule 5x8-hour shifts 40 hours guaranteed weekly Day and evening shifts available No on-call requirements Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and recovery strategies Qualifications Current Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skillsAbility to work independently and adapt across care settings Preferred Experience Experience in hospital, outpatient clinic, or home care settings Weekly direct deposit Supportive recruiter and clinical team throughout your assignment HumanEdge Health is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and encourages qualified candidates from all backgrounds to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr HumanEdge Health
