The job: Being a Willamette Valley Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Master Technician is more than just routine maintenance and repairs. • Perform service on customer & dealer motorcycles in accordance with Manufacturer specs
• Demonstrate prompt, dependable and high quality workmanship
• Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period
• Maintain productivity (time spent working on billable jobs) as close to 100% as possible
• Accept work assignments from Service Writer/Manager
• Request parts for jobs
• Ensure proper completion and filing of job paperwork
• Keep work areas clean and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness
• Maintain technical qualification by completing necessary training assigned by Service Manager

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• MMI Graduate and/or Previous Technician Experience Only
• Maintain up to date mechanical knowledge of motorcycles
• Understanding of computer systems and have good computer skills
• Enthusiasm for motorcycles – particularly our product lines (Harley-Davidson; Indian Motorcycles; Polaris Offroad; Royal Enfield)
• Dealership experience preferred
• MMI graduate a plus
• Technicians are required to own their own tools
• Must exhibit a strong work ethic and work well in a team environment
• Motorcycle endorsement/license required with clean driving record
