This role is responsible for mentoring and developing team members, coordinating daily staffing and workflow needs, ensuring clinical competencies and regulatory compliance, and leading the implementation of new clinical processes and best practices.The RN Supervisor partners closely with the Practice Manager to drive operational excellence, enhance the patient experience, and support high-quality patient care. This leader also serves as a clinical resource and may provide direct patient care support as needed to ensure seamless practice operations.Coordinates and organizes clinical personnel and other resources to meet the patient care functions of the organization in a cost-effective manner and in conjunction with the manager, where applicable. Has responsibility for clinical operations, orients and trains team members and ensures competency for excellence in clinical practice. Develops process improvement initiatives based on best practice and participates in the development of policies and procedures.
